First of all
Please note that although these products are of very high quality and are made with excellent materials, they are handmade. As such there may be small inconsistencies and individualities in your products. This is all part of the design, and one of the nicest things about buying products from non-factory environments, so please do not be worried.
Returns
If your order arrives and the sizing is a little off, or the colour doesn’t quite match your eyes, we’re happy to offer an exchange – just return it to us within 7 days in original condition. Return postage costs are your responsibility.
If your order arrives broken or faulty, email hello@thegentlyunfurlingsneak.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Shipping
We have flat rate shipping – $5 within Australia and $10 internationally. These rates do not include tracking – if you would like to insure and track your order please select ‘Registered Post’ at the checkout (it’s $4 extra). Express Post is also available (within Australia).
In the event of your order not arriving in a timely manner, please let us know by emailing hello@thegentlyunfurlingsneak.com as soon as possible. We recommend that you select Registered Post as your shipping method as regular shipping does not have tracking and it can be difficult to find lost items within the vast confusing maze that is Australia Post.
