First of all
Please note that although these products are of very high quality and are made with excellent materials, they are handmade. As such there may be small inconsistencies and individualities in your products. This is all part of the design, and one of the nicest things about buying products from non-factory environments, so please do not be worried.
If your order arrives and the sizing is a little off, or the colour doesn’t quite match your eyes, we’re happy to offer an exchange – just email us within 7 days and once we’ve confirmed that we have stock available, return it in original condition. We will have to charge an extra $5 to send out your replacement item, and of course you’ll need to pay to send it back to us. Unfortunately there is no exchange on sale items, or items purchased at markets.
If your order arrives broken or faulty, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

We recommend that you send returns via registered post.
We have flat rate shipping – $5 within Australia and $10 internationally. These rates do not include tracking – if you would like to insure and track your order please select ‘Registered Post’ at the checkout (it’s $4 extra). Express Post is also available (within Australia).
In the event of your order not arriving in a timely manner, please let us know by emailing email@example.com as soon as possible. We recommend that you select Registered Post as your shipping method as regular shipping does not have tracking and it can be difficult to find lost items within the vast confusing maze that is Australia Post.
